Ordering & Payment

  • You can order an e-bike directly through our website or at one of our partner bike shops.

  • Yes! Free test rides for Grundler ONE are now available in Amsterdam. Select your preferred time slot a from the calendar here and we’ll come to you to show you the red bike. If you want to do a test ride outside the Netherlands, reach out to us at [email protected]

  • You pay when you pick up your bike directly in the store, or online by credit /debit card.

Delivery

  • Starting in June, we're hitting the road with the deliveries of Grundler One! After June, the delivery time should take no more than 3 business days.

  • The delivery of the Grundler One e-bike is free of charge within the Netherlands. If you are based outside the Netherlands, but find the Grundler bike super cool, reach out at [email protected] and we will get you the best delivery deal possible.

  • For now, we are focusing on delivering within the Netherlands. However, if you live somewhere else and are interested in ordering a bike from us, reach out at [email protected]

  • Your e-bike gets delivered directly to your home or one of our partner bike stores. It will arrive fully assembled and tested by a professional bike mechanic, so you can start riding immediately.

  • You can pick up your e-bike from any of our partner stores, in case you have bought it there. In case you have ordered the bike online through our website, it will be delivered to an address of your choice.

Assembly

  • Upon delivery, your bike gets assembled by a professional bike mechanic and you don’t have to do anything yourself.

Maintenance & Repair

  • All you have to do is pump your tires and rinse your bike from time to time so that it looks shiny. Nothing else.
    The Grundler e-bikes are designed for hassle-free maintenance. We are using parts that are widely accessible and known by most bike mechanics and shops. The e-bike can be repaired at the bike shop it was originally bought from or at any of our partnering bike shops.   • If you have an issue with your bike you can reach out to our partner shops or contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help you.

Warranty

  • Yes. Your e-bike has a 2-year warranty on all parts and accessories, except for the parts that naturally wear off from all the adventures you'll have.

  • While we're currently pedaling hard to partner up with selected insurance providers for some exclusive deals just for you, we haven't crossed that finish line yet. In the meantime, feel free to pick an insurance partner that suits your style and needs. We'll keep you in the loop as soon as we have some exciting insurance updates. :)

Returns & Refunds

  • If, for any reason, you change your mind before the e-bike is delivered to you, you can cancel the order and you will receive a full refund. You can find more information in the General Terms & Conditions.
